End User License Agreement (EULA)

This is an agreement between you (as a purchaser) and Miitta Kämäräinen (copyright holder of the fonts). In accepting the terms of this agreement, you acknowledge understanding and promise to comply with its terms.

What you are purchasing from Miitta Kämäräinen (hereafter MK) is the license to use digital typeface software hereafter “fonts” on one or multiple computers within your personal or your company or your organization. You are not purchasing the copyright to the design of the fonts, but the rights to use the fonts.

1. License Grants

By purchasing and downloading this font software, MK granted you a non-exclusive license to install, access, and use the fonts. These licenses are limited based on the variation of usage and the amount of limitation within the usage of the fonts. These usages are determined and limited to the chosen license when purchasing the fonts.

Standard License

Includes:
✅ Desktop 1–5 users
✅ Digital ads on any social media up to 5k monthly impressions
✅ Website up to 10k monthly page views

Does not include:
❌ Embed font files in apps, games or e-pubs
❌ Use for End Products or Commercial Merchandise
❌ Use in a logo

Extended License

Includes:
✅ Desktop up to 10 users
✅ Digital ads on any social media up to 20k monthly impressions
✅ Website up to 50k monthly page views
✅ End Product or Commercial Merchandise: 10k sales/prints/pcs.
✅ Logo usage

Does not include:
❌ Embed font files in apps, games or e-pubs

Each license contains the scope of usage of the fonts:

Desktop Usage: To install and use fonts on computers with the number of copies, limited to the number of users.

End Product Usage: To use fonts or the design rendered by the fonts on End Products or Commercial Merchandise for sale. Including, but is not limited to; Product packaging, t-shirts or any other form of apparel, prints or posters offered in exchange for a fee, and merchandise. The usage is limited to license type and number of end products or sales.

Digital Ads Usage: Allowed to use fonts for digital ad media formats including Google, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and other social media channels limited to monthly impressions.

Website Usage: Allowed to use fonts for self-hosting websites based on the limitation of monthly page views.

Logo Usage: Allowed to register logos that use MKs fonts for trademark. Please remember that trademark registration is only for logos that use the font, the font itself is still copyright of MK.

2. General Permission and Restriction

2.1 You may make backup copies of the Font Software for archive purposes only.

2.2 For web usage, you can provide a third party, which has cooperation with you or your company or organization, a copy of the font software for specified project scope, only to implement the font software into websites.

2.3 All fonts provided remain the intellectual property of MK. Therefore, you may not modify, alter, disassemble or rename the font software. This applies also to the code inside the font files.

2.4 You are not allowed to sell the fonts or sell access to the font files.

2.5 You are not allowed to modify the font files for the purpose to make new fonts from the purchased fonts.

2.6 You are not allowed to sell or distribute the modified version of the fonts.

2.7 You need to be careful about the usage and distribution of these font files. All forms of usage need to be protected from misuse, the font files need to be secured from access, extracted, or taken by parties that are not related to this agreement.

2.8 You must ensure that the fonts' use conforms to the limitations stated on the license you have purchased. If your requirements exceed these limits, further payments are required to add or renew existing licenses.

3. Limitation of Liability

MK is not responsible to you or another third party for any damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity caused by the fonts used.

4. Termination

Without prejudice to any other rights, MK may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such an event, you must destroy all copies of the font and all of its component parts.

5. Acknowledgment

By installing and using the Typeface, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You also agree that this EULA is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and MK and supersedes all proposals or prior agreements, oral or written, and any other communications between you and MK relating to the subject matter of this EULA.
